The Royal Wii

The Nintendo Wii has positioned itself as the gaming console for everybody. As it turns out, that includes the Queen of England. Well, sort of. It's not like Her Royal Highness went down to the stores and bought one with her summer job savings. Rather, she was given a special version by gaming company THQ.

What makes the Queen's "Royal Wii" different? It's gold-plated. Damn... None of that common white plastic for Buckingham Palace. The Queen needs her bling! Reports said that the gaming company is hopefully that the PR stunt "will amuse Queen Elizabeth."

Walkman W202 Series

Music on the go and tangled chords are now a problem of the past with the Walkman W202 Series. The latest addition to Sony's well-established range of portable music players perfectly compliments the active lifestyle led by many of us today.

Nobody likes having to deal with knotted wires. So, now, whether out on a jog, working on breaking sweat in the gym or just making a commute across town on the LRT, the Walkman W202 Series effectively keeps all the hustle and noise out and your favourite songs pumping clearly in your ears.

Wiring has always been a problem when it comes to mobile gadgets. Sony's solution by keeping this player's design simple with minimal wiring, and focusing on functionality, makes the Walkman W202 Series a very convenient choice for music fans in constant motion.

At first glance, the Walkman W202 Series looks like an elegant pair of headphones. But Sony's new product isn't just a pretty face. It sports the ZAPPIN technology, which allows you to find a tune by playing the chorus of each song. Apart from its 2GB MP3 storage, the gadget has a cool battery feature: with only a three-minutes charge, the Walkman W202 Series can play up to 90minutes of music, and up to 12 hours with a full 1 hour and 30 minutes charge!

Other features include drag-and-drop transfer and superior sound quality thanks to its 13.5mm EX headphones. To sweeten the deal, the Walkman W202 Series comes in five appealing colours for you to choose from. The Walkman W202 Series retails at RM299.
